They put a smile on our faces with their attitude, mindset and questions.

I’m absolutely convinced that if the leaders of the old guard welcome them honestly and help them believe In our industry our successors will become members of our teams and they will become the center and the heart of our future.

They will become the creators of the new programs as our industry evolves and they we’ll be able to continue to use the innovation that powers our economy and improves our health, protects our environment and success that makes us the envy of the world.
